  • Managing, planning, and assisting with clients’ travel preferences and creating a tailored itinerary based on their budgets.
  • Organizing end-to-end services like booking tickets, accommodation, medical needs, travel, and transportation (Teamwork with the reservation team)
  • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, travel partners
  • Communicate with clients via phone, mail, or in person about the travel itineraries
  • Educate the clients regarding the cancellation policy, refunds, or any penalties.
  • Research and negotiate with travel vendors for the best possible rates and packages.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and industry-related news to offer the best possible service.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday from 08:15-17:15 | Saturday 08:15-11:45
  • Salary: Negotiation
  • Probation time: 1 month


  • A graduate degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field.
  • Speaking, and writing English fluently
  • Working well with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be accurate, responsible
  • Priority for an experienced travel consultant, or salesperson at tour operators/hotels.
  • Communication and managing skills to build and maintain client relationships.
