Ham Rong Mountain

Ham Rong Mountain is located right behind the Stone Church in the center of Sapa and is famous for its shape resembling a dragon’s jaw reaching toward the sky. From the town center, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the mountain’s base. The path to the top is paved and winds through flower gardens and small forests. The air is cool and fresh all year round. It’s an ideal place for walking, enjoying nature, and relaxing.

On the way up, visitors pass through vibrant gardens such as the Orchid Garden, Peach Blossom Garden, and European Garden, each blooming beautifully with seasonal flowers. There is also the Rock Garden with unique, mysterious stone formations shaped by nature. The winding paths and artistic landscapes create a magical, fairy-tale-like atmosphere. The sounds of flowing streams and birdsong add to the peaceful charm. It's a perfect spot for photography and making memorable moments.

At scenic viewpoints like Cloud Yard and the Observation Post, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Sapa from above. On clear days, you can see the majestic Hoang Lien Son mountain range, Mount Fansipan, and the town hidden in the mist. It feels as though you’re standing in the heart of vast, untouched nature.
