Alternatively, you can opt for the beach and pool side Azura restaurant for light Italian fare; whilst the ultimate in Central Vietnam's dining options has to be Saffron restaurant. Serving exquisite Thai cuisine, Saffron is perched on a cliff top overlooking the bay and providing sweeping views of the miles of sandy beaches below.
