We would like to commend the efficiency and thought fullness of all concerned with our tour.
The guides and drivers were always there when they were supposed to be. In fact, they were usually there early and waiting for us. If they told us to be ready by 8 a.m., they would be at the hotel by 7:45 am.
The hotels in which we stayed were all very nice, some even beyond our expectations. All guides and drivers were friendly and informative.
Our first guide, Thai brought us into peoples homes where we were warmly welcomed. He also spotted unusual festivals or gatherings along the road and stopped so we could observe local customs.
Our last guide, Kha, had very good English and explained things well.
All in all, we were very happy with our trip and would recommend Jewel tours to anyone interested in traveling in VietNam.
