Pay for package tours: Upon agreement with the tour program and costs, we will provide you with a deposit invoice before we process the booking. The deposit invoice that has to be paid is 15% of the total tour cost, which is your guarantee of a provisional reservation. The balance of the total cost of the tour is required no later than 45 days prior to the travel date.
If a booking is made within the 45 days prior to departure you are required to make the full payment at the time of the booking confirmation.
*Any group with more than 8 persons is subject to special conditions.
*For single services like hotel booking, visa application, and transportation, require a full payment by the time of booking
Pay for hotels, transfer, visa fees: Upon agreement full payment required, we will process services arrangement once received payment to our bank account (Accept credit card pay only).
- Payment for visa letter services is nonrefundable
- Payment for hotel base on condition upon booking confirmed
- Payment for transfer full charge 15 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation after confirmation charges US$10 services/booking.
