The central coastal city of Da Nang welcomed hundreds of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) visitors from February 11 to 13, according to the city’s Tourism Department.
The tourists came from Bota-P World Company, a leading Thai business in health products.
During their 3 days in Da Nang, this MICE group had many activities such as conferences, sightseeing, and experiencing tourist attractions in the city.
From February 21 to 22, the city will host the Tamil Business Conference, gathering 300 international guests from more than 30 countries, including India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Africa.
Also in February, the CTM Asia Conference and All Stars Awards 2025 - one of MICE tourism's major events will take place from 26 to 28 in Da Nang, attracting about 70 experts in the fields of MICE, independent travel and resort tourism from Asian and international markets.
In particular, the event was attended by a number of senior leaders and experts in MICE tourism and many key management representatives, CEOs and senior leaders from other key and potential MICE tourism markets.
The fact that Da Nang was chosen by organisations, businesses and corporations as a venue to hold MICE events in early 2025 has demonstrated the city’s prestige as an attractive destination for MICE tourism in the region, contributing to enhancing the position of Da Nang on the international tourism map and creating opportunities to promote business cooperation and tourism development in the region.
According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, since the beginning of 2025, the MICE tourist market has started up vigorously with many business tourist groups from large-scale international corporations and enterprises coming to Da Nang for meetings and vacations.
