The coldest weather from the beginning of this winter has pulled the temperature in the North Vietnam down to below Zero. It has snowed at many places such as Sa Pa (Lao Cai), Tam Dao (Vinh Phuc), Binh Lieu (Quang Ninh), Mau Son (Lang Son) etc.
