At the airport & train station in Vietnam
Some tips for your holiday when you are at the airport or trainstation in Vietnam, and are similar to that of Laos, and Cambodia

At airport: Upon your arrival at any international airport in Vietnam you may need to get a visa stamp at the immigration office (A sign will lead you to use this services). Our guide or driver will meet you after the customs office control with a welcome board that might look similar to this "Welcome To Vietnam - Mr/Mrs (-your name-) " (Except if you requested for VIP services). *Maximum time we will be waiting for you at the airport is 2 hours after your notified arrival time, so if there is any delay let us know immediately
At train station: Upon your arrival at the train station, our guide or driver will come to the walking out row with a welcome board and will lead you to the vehicle. In case you do not meet someone as booked, please wait for a while at a place where you may see people get picked up before giving us a call to office +84 43 974 6373 or Emergency +84 91321 6684
*Maximum time we are waiting for you at the train station is 1 hour, so if there is any delay let us know immediately
Self arrange services to hotel from train station or airport
Airport: Most of airports have a taxi counter of the most reliable taxi companies
Train station: Some station have taxis that will stop by the platform, all you need to show is your hotel and check the price or make sure they have a taxi meter (Do not get out of the train station to get taxi if you have arranged personal transport)
