Banh Xeo Muc is a crispy pancake made from rice flour and stuffed with fresh squid. It's a seafood twist on the classic Vietnamese Banh Xeo. Locals love it for its crunch and natural sweetness from squid.

Instead of pork and shrimp like in southern Vietnam, Nha Trang’s version highlights whole baby squid – caught fresh from the sea and grilled right into the batter.

The pancake is crispy and golden, filled with slightly chewy squid, bean sprouts, and green onions. It’s served with herbs and a tangy fish sauce dip for balance.
