Son Doong Cave wins US-film award

A documentary film of Son Doong Cave in Vietnam’s central Quang Binh province has earned the News & Documentary award at The New York City Drone Film festival March 5-6 in New York, according to the festival’s official fanpage. This is a good opportunity for Vietnam to promote its beautiful exotic landscape to all over the world.

The film festival has been first held in 2015, drew 150 entries from 19 countries. This time Son Doong documentary has won the award.

This documentary about Son Doong Cave was filmed by ABC Broadcasting Station in April, 2015 and live broadcast on the Good Morning America Show on 13 May, 2015.
To film these impressive shots, the crew has used the most modern abundant equipments to catch the “breathtaking” images inside Son Doong Cave. The results have hit human hearts, made audience surprise about unbelievable landscape on earth.
