Accordingly, the fireworks venue is the Han River port area, with a grandstand size of about 17,000 seats.
DIFF 2023 is expected to welcome 8 teams participating in the festival (including 7 international ones and a team from Da Nang, Vietnam). The performances will take place in 5 nights (including 4 qualifying nights and 1 final).
Each team's performance time should not be less than 20 minutes and no more than 22 minutes according to the theme of DIFF 2023
