Local food in Phong Nha

Similar as some provinces in Central Vietnam such as Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Binh is also famous for Banh Bot Loc, Banh Beo, Bun Thit Nuong. Besides, there are two dishes which are only availabe here.

1. Chao Banh Canh (Porridge Soup)

It is not cooked as porridge, the main ingredients are noodles made from rice flour but Quang Binh people call this dish is porridge soup. It is one of the specialties of Quang Binh.
