The two parties jointly agreed the contract contents Party B provides travel services to Party A hotel and transfer service during Analytica exhibition from 02nd Apr 2025 to 04th Apr 2025 in Vietnam with details:
I. Hotel Rate/room/night included breakfast
II. Round trip airport transfer: 46 USD (maximum 3 pax/car)
III. Visa Application
Visa application cost US$15.00 per person (Price may change apply to some passport's holder, tourist single entry within 30 days) require below information:
- Given name (show in the passport)
- Depart date from Vietnam
- Surname (show in the passport)
- Border to entry Vietnam (Hanoi/Danang/HoChiMinh)
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Occupation
- Place of birth
- Phone contact
- Passport number
- Fax number
- Passport date issue
- Email address (Compulsory)
- Passport expire date.
- Entry date in Vietnam
Visa process will take about 5 days working, we will send you a visa approval letter by emails which clients need to print out and bring to airport for departure to Vietnam. On arrival airport client need to show this visa approval letter, 01 photo 4 x 6 cm to get visa stamp cost US$25.00 per person (single entry) in cash only.

Customer can request Jewel Tours reserve hotel, transfer, visa approval letter or any other services which are offer in this contract or on our website: www.jeweltours.com. You will require summit your personal information with full name (name on using passport), gender, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, passport issue date, passport expire date, e-mail address, telephone number, postal code, country, your arrival/departure flight. This information will support Jewel Tour team to process your booking in accurate.
Booking is confirmed only if Jewel Tours send client booking confirmation and payment condition require.
VI. Payment
Booking is made by party A to party B (without commission) will be settled after finish Analytica exhibition.
Booking is made by client to party B (commission) will be settled before check in date with deadline mentioned on Invoice for each booking.
Payment will be made by bank transfer or via gredit card to Jewel Tours (Visa card, Master card or JCB card,
America Express only)
Any payment is made by bank transfer from abroad request client take responsible for bank fee per transaction

Pay Online: Party A can make payment to party B by credit card at 4% fee
Party B has responsible for providing the bills with VAT tax upon finish Analytica exhibition and get enough payment from party A.
VII. Cancelation Policy
In case of booking cancel by any reason party A will require to inform party B by email or by fax at least 30 days prior to arrival date and receive a notice that party B already received request cancellation of party A. I Within 29-20 days prior to departure date, party A will be fined 50% total value of booking Within 19 days prior to departure date, party A will be fined 100% total value of booking Refunding money will take at least 30 days and clients will require fill out some form which require from Bank in Vietnam. Any fees regarding of refunding money will be paid by clients.
VIII. Additional Terms
his contract is valid from the date of signing till both sides liquidate contract.
