In Depth Of Myanmar

This morning you will be transferred to Yangon Airport for flight to Bagan. Upon arrival in Bagan proceed on a sightseeing tour that will start at busy local market Nyaung U. This is a typical Myanmar market town. Explore the fascinating local market with fruits and vegetables, live poultry, fish, spices, Thanaka logs (from which you would grind your own Thanaka cosmetic), tools, kitchenware, clothes, you name it. Stop at various varidors to learn exactly what is for sale, since to many of the fruits and vegetables look totally foreign to us!!

In the afternoon enjoy horse carriage tour among the Temples and Pagodas. In the evening enjoy the beauty of the sunset along the Ayeyarwaddy River from top of the Temples. For dinner have a beautiful meal with the extraordinary Irrawaddy River in sight in Sunset Garden Riverside Restaurant. This stylish eatery has two covered dining areas.

At night, tables are set on the lawn for a better view. The bean salad is one of the best things in the menu, and a favorite among visitors, so as the variety of other food selection in the menu. Overnight in Bagan.

After breakfast you will be transferred to Nyaung U airport for flight to Heho. From Heho one hour drive to Nyaung Shwe. On the way to Nyaung Shwe you can visit Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery and local markets, Mingalar Market and 5 Days Market. Every 5 day all the hill tribe people come down from the mountains to buy and sell their goods, such as many different hand -made items. The market place is alive with activity and the hill tribe people wear their colorful, uniquely woven national costumes decorated with artistically designed jewelry.
Lunch at local restaurant – Golden Kite Nuyang Shwe.

After that transfer to Inle Lake by boat for your check in room at hotel. Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overnight in Inle Lake.

In the morning visit floating market (upon the market schedule), proceed to Indien western and of Inle for one of the most scenic trips on the lake, including visit to the Indein Market (upon market schedule) - truly local market, a lot of villagers selling and buying. You just walk and admire the simplicity of life. Transfer back to Nyaung Shwe by boat. The rest of the day at leisure.

Early check out from the hotel and on the way to Heho, visit the local villages producing umbrellas and Shan paper. Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon you will be transferred to Heho Airport for your flight to Yangon.

Arrive Yangon Airport you will be transferred to your hotel for check in your room.
Dinner at local restaurant – The Danuphyudaw Saw Yee Restaurant – Popular for it’s typical Myanmar food. Overnight in Yangon.
